I used to be a regular at Dr. Wong's office, and I genuinely appreciated the kindness and quality care I received. However, my recent experience has completely soured my perception.During my husband's visit, we were blindsided by an outrageous bill: $570 for a consultation and another $660 for a scoping procedure, all without any prior discussion about costs. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.To make matters worse, the billing specialist's unprofessional demeanor only added to our frustration. She spoke to me as if I were a four-year-old trying to grasp the complexities of insurance, which was not only condescending but also infuriating. When I asked for an itemized bill, she claimed she had no authority to print one, yet she had no problem bragging about her 15 years of experience—doing, it seems, absolutely nothing of value.This experience has left me questioning the competence and integrity of the staff. I can no longer recommend Dr. Wong's office.
