I went to Chemed with my son who needed an X-ray on his finger. I could not have been more pleased with the care I received. My son asked Hope, who was checking us in, for an ice pack for his injured finger. She said she’ll find out where to get one. When Hope came back with the ice pack we weren't in the waiting room anymore but in the back by X-rays. Hope came to look for us by X-rays and brought us the needed ice pack. I was so impressed with her concern and kindness. I also want to thank Debra who took the X-rays. We were in Chemed in the evening and Debra was so kind and patient even after a long tiring day. Thank you again Hope and Debra for doing more than your job and being so pleasant.
