The wait was AN HOUR!!
The doctor herself is fine. The wait is the problem! Our wait today was an HOUR!! Our appointment was at 10:40. The doctor said that no one was there the first hour. That people come during their lunchtime. I said that with other doctors, if I'm not there by 20 after, I have to make a new appointment. The doctor said there's nothing she can do about it. WHY? At the least, they should take people at their appointment time and if the other people came in late, they should wait until the ones with an appointment at that time are seen. A ONE-HOUR wait is ridiculous!
