Billing
The surgery itself was ok because my doctor was very good. Metropolitan surgery, however, is terrible. They made you pay upfront and they overcharged me significantly. I was owed a refund and it is impossible to get through to billing. They never answer the phone and after leaving dozens of messages, don’t return your call. I got through ONE time and she told me I’d get a check mailed to me. I never received anything. Still trying for 4 months now to get reimbursed. Disgusting business.
