Healthy Kids Pediatric Group

I have been with the facility for 3 years. All 3 of my children went for visits. However, when my toddler was complaining of stomach, constipation pain. I called and left a message asking about good laxative. I did notvreceive any call back. I called the next day and still no response so I took a sick appointment. She developed fever right after that so I called again to get earlier appointment in any of the 2 offices. The agents that answered basically said they were complete booked and when I implied boyt not receiving a call back. The agent explained that she doesn't see on her side except one call from the day before making me look like a liar. In both cases I never received a call back regarding my inquiry. What is the point of having a pediatric facility if you can't see the kids for sick appointment except 4 hours after the child complains of pain. I ended up using urgent care. Very disappointing.
