I was a patient at the Delran Alliance office for years. I complained of severe menstrual cramps and excessive bleeding constantly and was repeatedly told it was 'normal' by 3 different nurse practitioners. I had ultrasounds that showed cysts on my ovary (more than once) and wasnt tested or treated. Dr. O himself diagnosed me with fibroids that had shown up on an ultrasound the year prior, that NO ONE called me about, and nothing was done. I was constantly told I was overexaggerating, the pain was normal, and that I might be one of those women who dont take pain well. I even have the reports with everything documented. I began seeing a new gyn and was immediately tested and treated. Ultimately it was discovered I had stage 4 Adenomyosis which is treatable when caught in earlier stages. I recently had a hysterectomy which by this point was my only option for relief. During the surgery a fibroid and a cyst were found and removed. If not for my insurance, I wouldve left Alliance sooner.
