AVOID RANDOLPH OFFICE LOCATION
I do not recommend using Premier Health in Randolph, New Jersey. The staff at this location has been a nightmare. I have asked five different times for them to take care of something for me and each time I ask about it I get the same answer over and over and over again. They tell me it is not in the system and they will let the nurse know about it so she can take care of it. However, that nurse who is supposed to take care of it never takes care of it. If I call a week later about it, I am told the same thing again, 'I don't see it in the system, let me tell the nurse about it.' I do not know who this nurse is who is supposed to be taking care of my matter, but she never fixes the issue. That nurse is not doing her job because it has been going on several weeks now and the problem is still exactly the same. It is like Groundhog Day every time I try to get the problem addressed. I am told it is not in the system and they will let the nurse know about it.
