Nurses and Techs are the ONLY redeeming thing about this practice, they are excellent. My biggest beef is that I have never see the same doctor twice so there is zero rapport. They cancel at the drop of a hat, and there is absolutely no follow through. I was sent off for bloodwork, I got the results but never heard back from anyone, even after calling 3 times. There just an overall sense that they just don't care.

My wife has been going to Our Family Practice for a few years. She has had a bad cough for the last week and took off today to see a Dr. in their office. A prescription was supposed to be called in to the pharmacy, it did not happen. My wife reached out to the office and they said it would be called in. It did not happen. The third time calling the office, the person had an attitude with my wife. The Doctor she saw called and told her it will be taken care of. No apology, no concern for her time, no care for their mistake. On a side note I have been looking for a new primary care provider because mine of 15 years makes it impossible to speak to someone in their office, it's always an answering service. I thought about switching to Our Family Practice, but they have proven that they just don't care. Stay away.

What a debacle. Staff is horrible, non-caring, uninterested, unprofessional and rude. On call Doctor, Dr. Kellerman, incompetent. If you want to be cared for do not use this practice.
