Do not use their service if you are using insurance. My insurance accidently sent a recoupment for the money that was paid to the office and then sent a letter the next day stating that the recoupment was an error. Their office sent a check back to my insurance anyway and then sent me a bill for the appointments. After contacting their office they said that I need to contact my insurance to have the money sent back and my insurance stated that every time they call they only receive an answering machine (just like we all do) and can't get in contact with an actual person. Their office needs to contact my insurance, but they are refusing to do so and keep sending me bills. I have called multiple times and let them know what they need to do to fix the problem, but they are refusing to do so because 'We did our part so we shouldn't have to contact the insurance to get our money back.' and they keep sending me letters.
