Be aware when paying upfront

Very shady business practice they have going. I was told I had to pay upfront for my son’s procedure that he had done and insurance would reimburse me afterwards. Well after insurance processed the claim they said I owe less than half of what I paid upfront for the procedure. My insurance sent their office a check for the reimbursement in January of this year. I have called multiple times to this office to see what is going on but no one can tell me anything. The person in charge of billing that they put me through to never answers and I’ve left multiple messages to call me back but it never happens. Be wary when paying upfront for your procedure!
