I am so incredibly disappointed. I had to do virtual visits for a few weeks because my mom was in the hospital in NV with COVID pneumonia. Having to care for my mom day in and day out and help my father deal with this new normal was challenging at best. I don’t need to tell you how stressful it is to see your loved one deteriorate. One day when I felt extremely exhausted mentally and physically I left a message to reschedule my appointment because mentally I didn’t think I could be present and do the work; I had nothing left that day. I thought as a counseling business I would have been given more compassion when I called and gave them 21 hours notice. Unbeknownst to me compassion is reserved for your session only. Life circumstances and illness do not matter, so I was charged 102.81. Your heartless actions registered. I am now cancelling you and your company. Beware…..

Our actual Therapist (Rebecca) was amazing. However the owner could use some training on how to treat patients with care and understanding. I am still in shock of how I was treated via phone and the extreme unprofessionalism by Donna.
