Just be aware they require payment BEFORE being checked in for your appointment. I have issues with that since I’ve been to places before where they’re so far behind you can’t wait anymore and have to leave, so you end up paying for an appointment you doing even get. If you do have any issues at all with appointments or any staff, the front desk staff will also gaslight you and say you said things you didn’t. I was told today that I “declined a telemed appointment” for today (which I did not). When I was understandably upset, I was told by the office manager that she was told if they “have any more problems out of me” to drop me as a patient so they were going to refer me out. The only “issue” I’ve ever had was about the payment. And I said fine and hung up. They called me back 10 minutes later saying I “requested to be referred”, which I absolutely did not. That was their choice.
