Terrible experience with this office . I’m a new patient and my apt. Was for 1:30 . Office called me day before and told me to be there at 12:45 to fill in paperwork. I arrive at 12:45 and on the window there a sign saying closed for lunch between 12 and 1. I tried the door it was locked. No one there I come back at 1:pm walk up to woman behind the desk and she tells me I have to reschedule because I’m there at the wrong time. I should have been there at 12:45 then she calls me a liar because she said she was there and I was not. Unbelievable!! Being treated like this. I told her screw this. Calling me a liar unbelievable .
