They have a LOT of people working there, many of them are interns and new graduates with no experience. Feels more like a franchise dentist office than a place to get therapy. The first two they gave me were very unskilled, lacked social skills, and barely looked up from their computer. By the third gal I was so frustrated by constant office mistakes that forced me to fill out the same paperwork over and over during my paid sessions it was pretty impossible to make any progress. Received a passive aggressive letter from who I assume is the manager/owner pretending to be my therapist (signed her name but wrote in third person) when I ended my services and they removed access to all my medical records on file. Don’t waste your time.
