Family Ties not what they say they are.

We were referred here for psychiatry, were told our son had to do therapy to get psychiatry. Went to therapy three times while psychiatrist called out four times, three times a complete no call no show. Matt assured us that she would call today (fourth time since she had not called) and we are at 5:55pm still waiting on a call from their psychiatrist, this is complete lack of respect for patients.
