If I could do a ZERO I would!!!I have been a patient here over 15 plus years and the last couple of years have been trying to say the least. If they can actually get your insurance information correct and in their system that would be a feat in itself!! I have provided my insurance information at each 6 months visit, and I am still getting bills. They don't answer the phone nor return phone calls so I wouldn't bother trying to track them down to take care of this. Once this issue is resolved I am pulling my family's business from this establishment and advise any future patients to find another dentist. Youre only going to have problems.Maybe, UDA, this will get you attention and call me back. I want you paid but I cant do it if you don't answer the phone or return calls!Dont bother answering me here, you need to call me.

The billing and refund process is not very efficient and is very disorganized. They charged me upfront for a procedure done but my insurance ended up paying for it. It's been almost three months now since my procedure and I'm still waiting to get my refund on the overpayment. Whenever I have call the dental office, they do not have an ETA. They have not been responding to my emails on this issue either.
