No communication & staff never in office
My child has been a client of this practice for a few years and since COVID, the office staff never answer the phone and you must always leave a voicemail. You'll be lucky if you receive a return call within 2 business days. Also heaven forbid if you need a medication refill for a controlled substance because the doctors take forever to send the prescription to the pharmacy and it usually takes 2-3 voicemails over the course of 1-2 weeks. I would highly recommend seek help elsewhere.
