I was told they were taking new patients with in person appointments. Totally false. My appointment was with a nurse who I gave a brief summary of my issues. When I asked if I’d be seeing a therapist that day I was told , No - they aren’t seeing new patients. Instead I was handed a card to call a therapist in Durham, who by the way is not seeing people in person and said she will NEVER be going back to an office. I am not doing a mental health telephone call with a complete stranger. My take away from this practice - they are accepting new patients just for the sake of prescription needs while they OUTSOURCE therapy. What a load of rubbish.
