My prim care doctor sent me to Breyta for insomnia therapy. It actually worked and I'm sleeping for the firtst time in years. I could cry I'm so happy. Thank you !

I see one psychologist here for therapy and was able to see another for marriage counseling with my partner. It's nice to get that in the same place, plus the psychologists are really good at what they do. Our marriage feels really strong and we were on the edge of breaking up before coming here.

I worked with Dr. Ficker here. I had a good experience with her and could tell she cared about making suer I felt safe and didn't rush me into anthyin. She was able to give me good reasongs behind what we did and it worked. I don't feel anxious in the same way. I'm back at work and my marriage is improving. Thank you Dr. F!

I highly recommend this office. From the first time I called and talked to the receptionist I felt supported and treated with respect. I have a few medical conditions so I spend a lot of time going to doctor's offices (much more than I would prefer). This means I have a very good range of places to compare visits to. It's easy to feel like just an issue or just a number, but staff here makes you feel like you matter and they really care about your whole experience. I spent time talking with the receptionist to get matched to a doctor that was the perfect fit for me and that has made such a big difference. I love my doctor and she has helped me so much with working through a lot of things that have happened to me in my life. My panic has almost gone away and I feel a lot more confident around people.

I had a good experience here. I wanted to let others know that you will have an easy time scheduling, staff is knowledgable and polite. They actually returned my call quicker than any other doctor ever has. My doctor was really experienced and knew what they were doing. I liked that I had homework and worksheets to help me remember what we talked about and that I could use on my own time. I feel better so I'm not going right now, but I would definitely go back if I need to.
