The absolute worst experience my wife has had in her mental health journey. She had to switch to a provider that took her insurance, and unfortunately this was one of the few offices in the area that accepted her insurance. Aside from the lengthy wait times on the phone, you can get someone to answer. After a really uncomfortable first session with the provider, she asked to see another provider she might feel more comfortable with and was denied because they felt like my wife was wrong in feeling uncomfortable because they think the provider is great. They need to learn a lesson in letting the client advocate for their treatment. Not everyone clicks, and that is ok. When it was time for medication refills, my wife waiting nearly a wife for refills and her pharmacy never received the order. We finally decided to try another practice and thank goodness we did. The front desk girl is rude and unprofessional. When we called to inform them we were switching practices and the reasons we wer
