Shady business practices
The medical care received at this practice was good, however the insurance/billing practices and customer support have been utterly frustrating. This practice is in-network for me but without my knowledge sent pathology to an out of network lab (465.00 claim). On top of that the lab they use (Dominion) expects payment from you without even informing you that you owe them. The charges were on their way to collection before I even got an invoice. When you give consent for a biopsy to be taken you apparently are giving consent to possibly being charged for services from an out of network provider. Don't bother informing them that you only want to deal with in-network service providers, they don't listen. And good luck trying to find someone to speak with when you call them. And when you do the information you are given over the phone has seldom been correct in my case. The communication path within the entire organization is a circus.

Poor cate
If I could give O stars I would. Took 5 weeks to notify me I had skin cancer via phone. Never spoke to actual medical provider and was asked to choose between 2 treatment modalities with no discussion of risks, benefits or potential complications. In addition at first appointment requested full body check which took less than 10 seconds with no use of light source or magnification. Called twice to discuss complaints with office manager with no response. Evidently customer satisfaction isn't a priority. Going somewhere else for my treatment and getting second opinion. I would rather delay treatment than trust this practice.
