Coastal Children's Clinic

My son was recently diagnosed with a posterior astrocytoma, surrounding his cerebellum & brain stem. I was seen multiple times in the Coastal Children's New Bern office since my son threw up for over a month and was told 'it's just a string of viruses' ...meanwhile his 3.5 year old brother was never sick. At our last appointment with them I was asked to come back for a weight check 2 weeks after that appointment. In that same visit, we were told medication would be sent to the pharmacy for him, and even that wasn't even called in. Negligence all around.Immediately switched Pediatricians after that visit and had resolution and a brain tumor diagnoses within a week of changing because we were taken SERIOUSLY and not just another money making appointment. If I could give 0 stars I would. It is not the first time we were misdiagnosed there... not every rash is eczema, FYI (*insert eye roll).
