Good staff, questionable billing practices
The billing practices, and schedule II medication refill procedures are designed to 'nickel and dime' the patients. They bill separately for procedures that are customarily included with an office visit or check-up. They require their practitioners to insist on multiple office visits for med refills- and to take expensive test, not required by regulations, in order to renew prescriptions. 'Patient care' is NOT about 'best practices,' and NOT about 'physician discretion.' It is about creating 'policies' that result in maximizing revenue from insurance companies and from their patients.
