Office failure to notify me of canceled appt.
Earliest appt. at scheduling time was 8 months away. My wife and I scheduled for the earliest appt. When we showed up for the appointment, they said we were canceled. They had an old phone no., but they did have my email. I received an email 3 days prior to sign in for an update on my appt. I logged in and didn't see anything about the cancellation, so I left a phone msg. 3 hours before the appt. to call me to explain the email. No one called! I asked Rashmi Tomar, MD about compensation for our inconvenience, but she flat out refused and I don't remember even an apology!
