These people don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve never been able to see an MD at this office. I’ve been asking for a referral for a specialist for months and they keep ignoring my requests and sending me to offices that don’t take my insurance, aren’t females (which is a must for me), and don’t have availability for over 9 months from now. When I’ve complained about this, they told me I need to figure it out on my own as if that isn’t what I’m PAYING them to do. Unacceptable.

Dont take medicare, billing dept is just bad, prices change I have 20.00 copay but they charge me full amount and have to wait months to be reimbursed. Doctors good but office bad

I go Dr only "once a year" for my annual check up.I waited inside the room 25 min with my gown on for DrBrown then he came we were about the discuss my blood result his phone rang(very Loud!) without saying anything he answered the phone call. When he finished his phone call we start to discuss again my blood result. I had some "pre cancer gene blood test" question unfortunately he wasn't able to answer that question , went to the Lab and asked them. While i was waiting for my shot he came back with his answer. when i went to check out they asked me to pay "overtime" i refused to pay unfortunately they didn't accept! Dr Brown should let me know about it even though he didn't spend "overtime" with me . I should be complain about it bcs during my exam time he shouldn't answered the phone call! They play with you to get more money from you! Before you go there you should think twice!!!! ! And make sure ask Dr Brown "Is it overtime yet". I had the worst Dr visit ever all my life!
