Terrible experience. During Covid they were seeing patients on the parking lot! sick kids on the parking lot! even if they were negative and had no symptoms, they billed the insurance the highest most expensive rate for the visit (the one that specifically says its for patients with breathing problems or basically almost dying) they are 100% scammers. and now that im trying to leave, they are charging me money to send medical records! min 10usd AND 0.75 usd per page!!!!! Everybody I have spoke to have said this is outrageous. I am creating a case agains this practice with NC health division for costumer protection. Dont walk RUN AWAY!
