Slow admin staff
One person checking patients in & outYou can expect to wait longer in line than seeing the doctor! They do not share medical information between MS Sports physicians!!! You must fill out the same info over and over. Forms are ridiculous. Many mistakes and repetitive questions.

Very disappointed. I
Could only see Nurse P for visit, not doctor. She did not acknowledge who she was, and did not recognize me by name. She only told me of surgery available. Very little information offered and then she gave me a pamphlet of the procedure. Very uninterested in condition after I told her I would think about the surgery. Our entire visit lasted five minutes. Left feeling like an object on a surgical assembly line. Poor experience. I guess this is what modem medicine as evolved into.

Horrible service!
The doctor took care of me and that was great. The problem is that they can't manage the business side of their practice. I paid in full the day of the surgery nearly 6 months ago. I've been getting bills and collection agency threats ever since. They applied all of my funds to the facility side of the charges but didn't pay anything to the doctor. The doctor is sending me threats to turn me over to a collection agency, while the facility is sitting on an overpayment. And, it's an overpayment of even more than what is owed to the doctor. THEY OWE ME MONEY! I don't owe them a dime. Bottom line - it's no good to have a decent doctor if you spend the rest of your life being harassed by their business office for their error. It is a horrible place. I cannot recommend it to a dog.

Comprehensive Ortho clinic
They have their own pharmacy and surgery center. Physicians really know their stuff, there's not a lot of wait time, and they have an urgent care clinic with no appointment needed. Overall a great place for orthopedic care.

Terrible communication!
The doctors, at least some of the, at MS Sports Medicine Center are highly recommended, BUT communicating with this place is very difficult!
