Shining Star
When I was 14, I broke my ankle in a freak childhood accident with friends by our school. I had a compound fracture on one side and my ankle was barely hanging on on the other side. There was some concern about possible amputation due to an infection caused by some creek water. Dr. Petersen saved my leg, there is no doubt about it. I had it checked years later and the doctor I saw was highly complimentary of Dr. Petersen's work. I made contact with Dr. Petersen about 20 years ago to thank him. I am 50 years old now and was going through some old medical records today. I feel so lucky he was my doctor. Thank you again Dr. Petersen! You are still a gem to me.
