Look elsewhere
Arrived for my appointment on time and was told I was in the wrong office. Went to the correct office and was turned away because by then I was a few minutes late. Was told I could reschedule for two days later but then was told the next appointment was three weeks away when actually rescheduling. Office staff have no customer service skills and no care about the people coming in for care. Was told by the office staff that they are constantly taking ten calls at a time yet saw not one single call in the time I was there but did see a lot of chatting among themselves. I don’t know if the doctor is any good but it doesn’t matter with such a poor experience. I’m not looking for a pcp that I have to fight and stress over getting an appointment to see in the first place.
