Been trying to set up an appointment for weeks, and every time they gave me a phone number to call and leave a message. However, nobody ever calls back! Apparently due to COVID, intake personnel are working remotely. Nothing moves smoothly here! Have about four receptionists that will toss you from one to another, all time repeating the same information to them, till they finally give you a number to call. Should you call the number, same receptionist will answer the call and divert you to another line, to apparently leave a message. These messages are never replied to. Sometimes the main entrance door is dead locked, during the peak business hours, and you have to knock and hola at top of your lungs, while you await in this tiny area that smells like a smoking booth! Save yourself time, and avoid this place
