The provider I met with was nice. However, it was my first time there for this procedure. I did not receive any “pre procedure information “. Example: don’t wear deodorant. Office staff were just OK. Seemed really busy, so it could have been a stressful day. Would be nice to have a more welcoming atmosphere and provider who knew this was my first procedure, rather than acting like this was “run of the mill”.

Awesome!
From the moment I arrived I could tell this place was different. I was treated very well explained in detail everything and even managed to get me in for a last minute mammogram without any weight I drive over 60 miles to get there, so it was awesome I can’t say enough good things about them and I’ve gotten my results the next day nothing but good at this clinic I will for sure be recommending them.

Very disappointed
Called me 24 hours before my palette insertion (which is booked out 3 months out) stating I had to get my mammogram before my appointment. I get mammograms every 2 years which is recommended from American Cancer Society ages 40-70 year olds with no family history of breast cancer. There is nothing stated in paperwork I signed stating mammograms have to be done yearly in order to have palette insertion.Talking with staff they highly ‘recommend’ the yearly mammogram. Again cancelling 24 hours before my appointment.I asked to keep my insertion appointment and when I came in I would schedule the mammogram. They denied me this. The insurance company WOULD APPROVE the insertion without the mammogram.Since I get mammograms there at their location I feel they are pushing something that is not needed.Again, I don’t have a family history of breast cancer or have I had irregular test results.I am not returning. Very disappointed.

Wonderful experience.
I went in for my annual mammogram. I showed up about 15 minutes early just be my day allowed it and it helped my schedule. I waited about 5 minutes and got in and out in no time at all.. the technician was professional and pleasant, it is my second year there and I will definitely be going back.

No Hope in Healthcare
I've had an appointment booked, a month in advance, and they wait until I show up- on the day of- to say the provider cannot accept my insurance. I have been dealing with chronic symptoms for the past 2 years and I was willing to drive a hour out of my way to get help. The very least they could've done is communicate this detail beforehand. I can't in good conscious recommend this place to others. I wasn't even offered referrals to somewhere that could help me
