Fairview Oxboro Clinic

Staff did not explain what was going on or what exactly I should be doing, at any point really. They didn't communicate with other staff on hand so I was mistakenly ushered around different Urgent Care areas multiple times incorrectly (I was COVID positive so I was shocked they were walking me around at all) and ultimately told to just sit and wait because they didn't know what I was meant to be doing and did not give me direction for lab testing. When they finally did complete one of the requested labs... they completely forgot to do the MOST important lab (the lab required for diagnosis of the very reason I was there) and came back to my room 20 minutes later and essentially said 'oops, I guess no one did that' and did not offer any explanation or apology. They walked me to a new area to do a lab, but did not offer any explanation of what to do or how to do it, then left. So, desperately needing help and guidance, I tried to call out for someone to help me but there was no one around
