If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I had a genuine emergency and needed to reschedule my appointment, only to be hit with a ridiculous $50 fee for rescheduling. Apparently, in their world, life must be perfectly predictable, and emergencies don’t happen!It’s beyond frustrating that a medical office, of all places, lacks basic understanding and compassion for unforeseen situations. Instead of prioritizing patient care, they seem more focused on squeezing extra money out of people.I will be looking for a new provider—one that actually cares about their patients instead of penalizing them for things beyond their control. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like a walking ATM!

This review is for the Silver Pine Group Washington Mi office. I saw a older female who apparently has a God complex. She was very belligerent, yelling at me and dismissed everything I was telling her, or showing her in my medical records. She would not let me explain any of my medical history she flew off the handle, and I couldn't even get a word in. Then she said it wouldn't work out and walked out of the room.

Every time I call the office for any reason It takes 30 min to get some one on the phone.I have issues every single month with my prescription.there website was not updated and they don't accept my insurance even though I chose the insurance package specifidly because there website said it was In there networkI have to go to office every 3 months and even when I show up 15 min early I still wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment

I have been having stomach issues. Had a colonoscopy by Dr Q. Everything fine said we can manage with medication. I have been contacting the office for over a month with zero response. It is very evident that they do not care about their patients at all.

Silver Pines Doctors genuinely care and take time to listen. I’d been going to another practice for about 20 years and dreaded going to the doctor due to long wait times to get into the exam rooms, long wait ones to see the Dr once in the exam room, a feeling of insignificance to the Dr and a feeling of being a number and not a person. It was a general practice so I kinda assumed that even if I changed to a different practice it would be the same…. Boy was I wrong! I would encourage anyone who has an inkling that they are dissatisfied with their current situation to switch immediately. There is better out there, Silver Pines is a shining example of how a medical practice should treat their patients. I actually look forward to seeing my doctor now.

If you like waiting on hold for an hour, being hung up on, and never having your scheduled appointments on time then sure go here. This practice is so unprofessional and has become a giant waste of time and money. Literally go to any other practice besides this one. Literally a run down urgent care is better than this honestly.
