Desk and call assistants are the downfall of this company. Every time I call they give me different information and are very hostile on the phone. They interrogate you about personal reasons before giving you an appointment with your doctor. Normally when I call I’m connected with Amber and she’s always listing off what they are not able to do before giving off what could help. I was born with a condition and I called to get a new prescription that I have been getting since forever and she began to question me about COVID and ask where have I been tested and when and she did not understand which location I was tested and began to accuse me of not being tested there because she said it was closed down but she did not completely understand which location before accusing me. She cuts me off on the phone and continues to talk over me and because of her service I continue to not want to be a patient at Janes st Clinic.
