The staff worked on getting my needed referral and earlier appointment , pleasant on the phone and on check inBoth Rochester Hills and Troy offices

The staff at the front desk asked me for my driver's license and insurance cards and never returned them to me. Later they called and told me that they still had them. They said that they could not/would not mail them back to me. They wanted me to return to their office to pick them up. Well I have fibromyalgia and an 68 years old. I was already exhausted from my original trip to and from their office. It took me 1 hour and 20 minutes to drive round trip to their office to begin with. Next I asked them to return them to me by driving the cards to my house. They refused to do this also. They said that it was against "office policy." I am extremely upset and frustrated by the way that they chose to handle this situation. It was their error and they should have corrected the situation. They should not have insisted that I handle the matter. To make matters worse, I needed those cards for a doctor's appt that I had the next day. That appt was a 2 hour round trip in the opposite direction!
