Henry Ford Weight Loss - Howell

NOVI office… Waited an hour and 15 minutes just to be seen for 3 minutes. Asked the front staff if I had the wrong day for the appt, it took so long. When we were FINALLY able to see the PA, and I mentioned how long we waited, she just shrugged and said sometimes it happens, not even an apology. Mind you, this was a first appointment after breaking a bone 3 days earlier. Sitting in one place for such an extended amount of time, with a freshly broken bone was extremely painful. I don’t mind waiting 30 minutes, but this was ridiculous. I will continue to receive care with this group since I don’t suspect I will need long term care. However, if I ever need an orthopedic Dr in the future, I will stay far away from Motor City Orthopedics. I can not recommend them to anyone.

A doctors office that requires over a month to get an appointment with a PA is a doctors office that does not care about patients. Last time I was there, I waited forever in the waiting room and they blamed it on the radiation department. Given this new extreme weight for an appointment, I’m starting to realize that they’re taking on too many new patients and don’t care enough about the ones that they had i’m finding a different orthopedic doctor
