It took months for the office to schedule an appointment for a new patient (advertising that they were accepting new patients). After first visit they demanded a UA before starting a medication and told me it was state law (took almost 2 weeks for results). Needed imaging to work toward pain management (before treating in ANY way). Found out a month later that they didn’t send a referral because they needed a copy of my insurance card (no phone call in the previous month telling me this). The older blond (white hair?) office manager said, “Great!”, when I said I didn’t have my card. She was extremely rude during every interaction from day one (shouldn’t be involved with patient care in ANY way). Very disappointed in both customer service as well as patient care. I fired this office because the experience was terrible. They very much have a “Employ the patient” mentality (like I was working for them).
