No communication

While I liked Dr Hmoud, getting communication from this office is horrible. No one ever answers phone and when you leave a message the voicemail states you will receive a return call 24-48 hrs later. You NEVER get a call back. Then they billed procedure incorrectly and gave my insurance company the run around to get it corrected. So at this point will have to pay for a procedure that is fully covered because of their error in billing and lack of return calls to get corrected.
