Extremely concerned. I was diagnosed with skin cancer, but then they never called back to schedule the removal. After I called numerous times to try & schedule it, I finally had to go to a different facility to have it removed. Then, months later I got a call that I was being sent to a collection agency for a $20 bill, that they never sent me. Their records show bills were printed out. Im wondering if they ever even mailed them. The office manager insinuated that I don't payment bills when talked to her, alerting her these various concerning problems. I'll only go to a more professional and functional skin doctor in the future.
