Very disappointing health care
The parking lot was empty with the exception of 4 or 5 cars. The waiting time for a med review for my child was excessive. The MA spoke very quickly and was difficulty to understand. When asked questions could not explain why he was asking. I was told to scan a QR code with no explanation of the purpose. The practice asks to store your debit or credit card on file without being able to explain how they will protect that information. They give the distinct impression revenue is the top priority not patient care.
