Billing department will not tell you what your out of pocket expenses will be even though they have your insurance information, they still could not provide it. Canceled my procedure and a women wanted to know why and I told her. She then proceeded to tell me that you don’t know costs of procedures when you are hospitalized which I told her that is not true. At that point she quickly hung the phone. If you want hidden costs and are willing to spent money that you don’t have, by all means go here. If you want customer service and be treated with respect, please go elsewhere
