Do not use or go to this provider or practice unless you want to have a negligent and unresponsive experience. I was a patient of this practice and needed to have a refill completed for my medication. I called 7x (6/24, 6/28, 7/12 x2, 7/23, 7/27) and emailed 3x (6/19, 6/24, 7/12) and didn't hear back from the office until today 7/30 regarding my condition or refill. And when when I finally heard back the rudest receptionist ever called and got an attitude with me because I inquired about why it took so long to hear back. I would never recommend this clinic, some people are in healthcare just for the money and I definitely think this place is one. This is SUPPOSEDLY a mental health provider and I can only imagine how this could've went wrong if I had a serious mental health issue. Of all providers, this is the one that should reach back out to her patients. It was just a very unpleasant experience that I will be reporting...
