I came here for my knee and everything was great.

Recently had my knee surgery and everyone was great, from the doctor to the staff, coordinator, and outpatient surgical facility. Everyone was very attentive to my needs, explaining everything that need to be done before and after my procedure and always stayed in communication with me all the way thru the date of surgery, i even got a call from the coordinator, plus surgical facility the next day to check on me and give me advice. Very thankful and grateful for this wonderful practice.

They took such great care of my son at his appointment yesterday. From the front office to the back. Everyone did their job with precision. I would go here myself, and I trust them with my kiddos needs

Staff is competent and friendly

Dr. Bhatnagar is great. My surgery went really well, and I felt taken care of throughout the process. Care didn't feel rushed or anything, highly recommend!

When I walked into the office it is very clean, the front desk staff are very friendly and professional. The doctor was very nice he greeted me with a friendly smile and shook my hand. I felt welcomed he was very knowledgeable about what is going on with my knee. I had a great experience at this office.

I have been going to this location for many years and I find the staff very friendly and accommodating, also Dr B is one of nicest people you meet in your life .He try to explain and make his recommendation and it is up to you to go either way,I have had the most pleasant and great results going to his practice.

Two things stood out to me: ALL of the personnel including my doctor were kind and incredibly attentive. And the entire clinic was clean as a whistle!!!

Dr. Thompson is very helpful, friendly, always smiling. Two years ago, he surgically repaired my leg. I broke both bones in my lower leg. Ive got a metal plate & 6 screws. It is completely healed. I followed post surgery instructions, and had no pain or swelling. I made a complete recovery. This visit was for a knee injury, and as always it was a nice visit. I got a knee brace, promised to go to physical therapy, and come back for a follow up. It was very busy last visit, so there was a bit of a wait, but he genuinely apologized for the wait. Other doctors are rarely so personable. His staff is great, too. I'm greatful to have Precision Orthopedics to fix my boo-boos!
