Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor and the staff in between were outstanding! Everyone there knew I was not feeling well and were ready and there to help assist in everyway thought of. Friendly sympathetic and the doctor I had treated me with the medication I needed and really listened to me explain what was going on. I will recommend this place when asked to all I know. I’m grateful for the stellar care they’ve provided to me for urgent care over the years. From diagnosing & mobilizing broken ankle on a Sunday nite to treating allergic reaction, they are at their best when I’m at my worst. Definitely appreciate the pre-appointment registration too which saves a lot of time when you arrive. Thank you!

Everything was easy from scheduling an appointment, filling out the forms online, not too long waiting and a friendly staff. The PA listened and was very thorough. I got my shots and prescriptions and felt better when I left.

Any visit I have ever had with Winding Cross has been the best outcome possible. Compared to other Urgent Care facilities, the wait time is significantly less with much more professional front desk staff. You feel valued and cared for when you are there. They do a great job assessing you and giving you treatment options and you can even fill prescriptions there if you need to. There are 10 or more urgent cares closer to me, but I will ALWAYS go to this one.

Quick service and caring staff.

The PA we saw really listened to our complaints and concerns. He took his time with us and was willing to do everything in his power to help us.

In the last couple of months, we have gone to Winding Cross a dozen times with multiple symptoms and every time have been helped and cared for with great competence and compassion! From my mom who is eighty to my youngest who is just 7, we all were helped to heal and get better. I was even able to call from out of town to get continued medication for a rash that my son was continuing to experience. We always seem to get sick or hurt on the weekend, so I am relieved to know I have an after hours place I trust with my family's health! Dr. Nick is great!

Just as I came into the lobby two emergencies appeared. I was very impressed with the manner in which they were cared for: quietly, respectfully, very professionally, from the front office to the nurses who quickly dispatched them to be seen. Yet, I didn't feel that I was being ignored. The entire visit, from beginning to end - including x-rays - was so kind and professional.

I had a telehealth visit through my insurance company but was instructed to go to an urgent care. I am in my 60s but have never been to urgent care before. I’m happy to report the experience was excellent from start to finish! The front desk employee was polite and helpful. The medical assistant and the doctor were very kind and explained things thoroughly. If I ever need urgent care in the future, I will definitely come back to Winding Cross.

My ear was sore and blocked up. They flushed it out and prescribed an antibiotic. Two days later went back because ear was worse. They said there was nothing more they could do, so they called around and finally found an ENT appointment for me. I hadn't been able to get one myself. Ear is improving now, thanks to Dr K for getting an ENT appointment for me.

They helped me with a spider bite that my dr office couldn't ir wouldn't so my finger healed amazingly

Visited with a 4-year old child. Made an appointment over the phone, very little wait time. The little patient was treated with respect and kindness, she had an x-ray, blood drawn from her vein and she didn’t even cry once. Nurses provided plushies and stickers to ease anxieties. The doctor was professional and we received diagnosis and prescription within two days after the labs were completed.
