Washington Vascular Specialists

Spent 3.5 hours in waiting room. Receptionist kept apologizing. When I finally met with physician's assistant, she was aware that patients were waiting room for hours. She didn't acknowlege the wait and never apologized. She was rude, rushing and lacked any patient-care skills. At my request, she referred me to a neurologist. I went to him (hour drive) and he was curious about why I was there. He only consulted people for possible surgery. I called Washington Vascular and told them what happened. They blamed the neurosurgeon for not updating his information on the internet. The P.A. called me and left a hostile message, saying that she went out of her way to refer me. Basically, she said I could have done that myself (instead of her having do it). In all my life, doctors have referred me to another physician that they personally knew (or at least heard of). Also, they made multiple clerical errors on my paperwork, leading me to wonder how many errors they make on medical records.
