I heard Dr. Berman was “the best dentist” from multiple friends and colleagues, and my partner encouraged me to stop by the office to see how great it was, but unfortunately, I never saw Dr. Berman because the front desk staff were so rude and completely unprofessional that I couldn’t get past the awful treatment I received at the desk. When I walked in the office door to drop off a night guard test, I wasn’t greeted by someone saying hello, or anything remotely polite or professional, but instead I was met with a barrage of “who are you, what do you want?” from the woman at the desk! I was so taken aback by this abrupt and impolite treatment that I sputtered out a response, dropped the test off, and ran out, swearing to never, ever set foot in an office with such awfully rude people at the front desk. It’s a shame, since I have had multiple bad experiences with local dentists and was really hoping that I would have found a great new dentist at this office based on the word of mouth re
