Dr Cimaglia was very courteous and personable. She described the entire process in terms my granddaughter could understand. The staff that assisted us were very knowledgable and kind.

I got cortisone shots in both knees. The left knee is now painless and the pain in the right knee has decreased about 70%. It still hurts to walk distances, sleep, or drive but the pain is much less.

Normally all has been 100% good until recently. I was told by my DR they wanted me treated as expedited within two weeks from my last evaluation appt. Understanding they are only there once a week to do certain procedures. Also understanding having to wait a week to get prior auth from insurance. Also understanding many patients are seen too. Yet I’m being scheduled out over a month out. Again delaying procedure to an already debilitating painful condition of multiple issues with my spine. The purpose expressing to expedite procedure by physician was, to get me more mobility and pain relief as soon as possible, as already have sat so long with things how they are. The communications just need to be a bit better.

I really like Dr. Bhatnagar and the health care staff are great, but I think they must schedule too many people in a day because the time spent in the waiting room is always long!

Dr. Chimaglia was curt, uncommunicative, and demeaning. Had to wait over a month for an appointment w/ broken foot; got charge more than double what was stated prior to ordering shoe inserts that were useless and STILL fighting bill after returning them.

After my visit, I sat in my car stunned. Then, I couldn’t help but laugh.The doctor spent literally one minute with me. I’m in the hallway asking questions because he kept walking away from me. He made a diagnosis of “probably a torn meniscus with no testing and his treat plan was “call back when it’s acting up”. One of the issues with my knee is that it gives out. So, I guess he wants me to drop my special needs child or fall th the ground with him. I didn’t even get any paperwork when I left. Why would I? He did nothing but waste my time.

Precision Orthopedics is simply the best. Dr. Berkenblit and the staff, are outstanding.

I was seen by Derrick, the PA and he was very professional and explained what he was going to do as he injected cortisone in my knee. I have had this done several times and he did a really great job making it pain free.

Dr. Bhatnagar was very professional and attentive to my injury. He explained my injury and what needed to be done, while asking questions and for my input as well.

Brieloff is knowledgeable and left me feeling confident about my prognosis.
