My mother has had your company as her primary for the past 2 years. I need to say that your NP's and critical nursing staff have been terrific. However, I have not been happy with your 'adminstrative' policies about returning phone calls on Wed-Thurs for pertinent info. Had I know about this, I would have left your practice earlier. The lack of communication in a timely manner made me irate. I needed info on a walker ASAP for safety issues and I got an unpleasant call back. When mom ended up in the ER, I called to inform the NP, never heard back until I followed up the next week. This lack of caring is unacceptable along with the fact that no one is available to make her health visits at her facility. Telehealth is NOT an option. The paperwork for the walker assessment took long and this was needed ASAP. I do realize that the elder are a growing population and the lack of good people is a problem. However, this needs to be fixed on your end unless you want to keep losing patients.
