Excellent implant care

Dr. Kramer has a sense of humor (essential in a dentist) and, just as important, is willing to explain everything he's doing (assuming you're the kind of patient who wants to know). He had to remove someone else's bad implants, and his method was far less invasive/stressful than I was expecting from online descriptions.
