Today I saw Hank to exchange a brace I bought there. He said it was the right size and pushed me to take it saying it was the right size. I haven,t worn it because the thing is 52" around and I am a woman size 10. I can almost wrap it around myself twice so I never wore it because it,s too big to wear under clothes. Went there today and the 1st thing he said was ,you said you,d be here Tuesday, although he said I don,t need an appointment. He was nasty from the get go... I explained to him I never wore it and he insisted I did. I tried it on 1 time and put it away... he started yelling at me that it was the right one and basically accused me of lying... I told him I have 3 dogs and a cat and there,s not one hair on it because I didn,t wear it... he was a complete ahold to me. I started crying and had to ask for the office manager... now they are ordering the right size...
